No Moor Bad Days - Chuck iNDigo

Returning with a project ignited by revolution, the Nashville MC is demanding his respect.

Throughout all of the turbulence 2020 has brought to our lives, this year has been a historic time in bringing light to the systemic racism and inequalities that are still present in America. Largely sparked by the murder of George Floyd, this global movement has sparked an important shift in our culture. In the midst of a pandemic and massive protests demanding equity for black people in this country, artists are utilizing their voices to share their perspectives and bring about positive change in their society. On Chuck iNDigo's latest project, he yearns for this change, and simply wishes for No Moor Bad Days.

Only a year removed from his standout project, iNDigo Cafe, the latest effort from the Nashville-born artist is his most significant piece to date. The album is an open letter to Black Americans, sharing an empowering perspective that highlights the injustices that plague us every day.

Growing up in the church, Chuck iNDigo's early gospel influences are likely a large contributor to the soulful instrumentation that is present throughout the album, with Chuck giving some of his most emotive performances yet. In the midst of his most introspective and significant lyrical efforts, the Nashville's MC immense versatility is evident on standout tracks "Getchu Sum" and "God Is a Woman", as Chuck's alluring flows take center stage.

Featuring his Third Eye labelmates, including Ron Obasi, RyAnne, Jordan Xx and Jxdece, the Tennesee-based collective have made 2020 their most significant year yet. The immensely talented group have proven that they only improve with every album, and the future gets brighter by the day for each member. With likely their best release to date, No Moor Bad Days is a must listen for rap fans.
